Jack Vaughan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Launchgo — a tech-enabled executive functioning platform designed to help individuals grow the EF skills that will serve them for a lifetime.

As COO of Youth Prevention Mentors (YPM), Jack designed and implemented his first executive functioning curriculum: EF12™, which has become a staple of YPM’s services. Due to the high level of demand for EF support, Jack and his business partner, Maks, decided to start a new organization that is solely devoted to the purpose of fostering EF skills. This led them to founding Launchgo alongside their partners Aaron Gershenson and Dr. Rami Kaminski.

Currently, Jack and his partners are proud to offer a service that is the first of it’s kind — an EF specific productivity platform that combines easy to use tech with professional accountability coaching. Launchgo is not just a platform, and it is not just coaching. It’s the first real tech-enabled solution for actively growing executive functioning skills — powered by human connection, designed by experts, and supported by technology.

Jack’s work is deeply informed by both his education, professional training, and lived experience navigating ADHD and executive functioning challenges. This personal lens drives his commitment to building practical, evidence-based systems that support his clients on a daily basis.

Jack holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, has completed Yale University’s Science of Well-Being for Teens Certification, and is a candidate for his Master’s in Positive Psychology at Arizona State University.
